Things to do and See:
Stirling is a fascinating city with many attractions of its own. Ranging from the medieval (Stirling Castle) to the Victorian (Old Town Jail) to the modern day (Thistles Shopping Centre), there is plenty to do for everyone.
Not only is Stirling a perfect city to visit within itself, it can also act as a perfect "base" for visiting the rest of Scotland. It has excellent rail links to Edinbrugh, Glasgow and Perth, and good road links to most parts of Scotland. This makes it easy to see many attractions around Scotland, without having to move around and stay in a different place every night.
