Castlecroft bed & breakfast is situated right below Stirling Castle with stunning views over the Carse of Stirling and the mountains, to the north and west, and amazing views out to King's Park and the King's Knot to the east. It also looks out over the beautiful countryside to the south.

We are enviably situated on the Lower Back Walk which is a public footpath right from Castlecroft into Stirling Town Centre (about 8 to 10 minute walk) with the castle woods on one side and the King's Knot on the other.
The Upper Back Walk (considered one of Europe's most beautiful urban walks) is just above us. Both paths link up to each other in several places. Photos taken close to Castlecroft

No traffic, train or aeroplanes noise. Our location is so quiet and peaceful yet just a ten minute walk into the town centre.
We have lots of visitors to the gardens, including squirrels, rabbits, many types of birds and sometimes even birds of prey.

For our breakfasts we use only top quality, local, fresh products and we make our own bread. View breakfast menu

The King's golf course is on our doorstep and there are many other golf courses within easy driving distance.
